Maternity I Lindsay Jo

Lindsay and I met freshman year of college. She was the good girl. I was the loud one. She liked to study. I liked to go get coffee and pretend to study. Somehow, polar opposites that we were, we became friends. I think it had alot to do with the fact that back then I liked to shock people and Lindsay was easy to shock. ;)

A few months ago she came into town and we met for lunch. Over In and out we talked about life as we'd known it, growing older, being married. Kids. Lindsay and her husband Jake have been wanting a baby for awhile now. What we didn't know a few months ago was that that Lindsay was actually already pregnant. Last week she came back into town.. and I took some pictures for the excited, blushing mom to be.

Congratulations guys! I am so incredibly happy for you two! Lots of love,
A

So hot right now...

My Sarah and her Lilli left yesterday evening and I must admit, a week wasn't long enough. Sarah and I just get each other in the way only dear friends can. And although I did love sleeping in this morning, my house is way too quite today. In a perfect world, Sarah and I would live near each other like we had planned. We would be together while our husbands worked, raising our kids side by side. And reeses pieces would have no calories. Sigh. Why do the ones we love the most have to live the farthest from us?

On a happier note, I managed to dress my amazingly beautiful mom-friend up this week and do a photo shoot of her and lilli... who as I mentioned before, is literally, the prettiest baby I have ever seen. We call her pretty pretty princess... and when she's old enough... she will wear a tutu everyday...

Little boys...

My dream has always been to have a bunch of little boys. I love the cowboys and indians, scraped up knees and elbows, stick fights and tonka truck's, rough and tumble of little boys. The Prior kids are no exception... I spent the afternoon in the park with them yesterday and had a blast. Meet my new favorite little boys this side of Arizona...

Little people...

The beautiful bride on my website, Christina, has two beautiful babies. A few days ago I stopped by to snap a few pictures for her newly redecorated living room walls. How cute are they?

And Hailey...

Hailey loves to play dress up. Everytime I've been to see Christina, Hailey is either wearing a tutu or Cinderella dress... so I ask her to go put on a princess dress... I love little girls!

Michelle #1

I had a blast shooting Michelle yesterday. Not only is she fun, but she's beautiful as well which makes her extremely easy to photograph! We started shooting in an ally in santa monica for more of a fashion feel before moving on to Malibu for the sunset.

(I am on my way out so I can only post a few of the million pictures we shot~ but I promised Michelle her mom would be able to see them tonight. So hi to Michelle's mom! And to everyone else~ more pictures are promised tomorrow!)

Side note: I'm thinking of adding Michelle to my website. So be sure to comment and tell me which are your fav!

This is me....

My photo
LA county, California, United States
I am married to an amazing man named Ryan. He is the love of my life and my best friend. As of January 2008 I officially started my own photography business, Beloise Photography. I picked the name because it is something that doesn't exist.... something that i wanted to sum up into a word but couldn't. It is the smell of fresh cut grass and hide and seek in the dark. It is a new pair of fabulous shoes. It is fall and all its glory... starry summer nights. Apple cider and fresh picked flowers. Beloise is all that you taste, touch, see and love dearly. The smells that trigger childhood memory's. All your favorite things in one word. A song that speaks to your soul. Sublime happiness. A field of daisy's. Firefly's. Mistletoe. City lights. The smell of homemade cookies. The first snow.... Beloise is about cherishing life. Savoring the moments. Breathing deeply.... and just living...
